Our service

Valerie Luxe Car Service LLC provides chauffeured transportation across Boston & New England, booked online at valerieluxe.com or by phone at 857-867-2519.
Prices are quoted and locked in at booking. Tolls are included; gratuity is optional and chosen by you.
Payment is collected at booking through our secure payment processor. Vehicle photos illustrate the class; your exact vehicle may vary while always meeting the class standard.

Free cancellation up to 1 hour before airport pickups and 24 hours before all other rides. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Late cancellations & no-shows: If you need to cancel inside the free-cancellation window, contact us as soon as possible — any refund for a late cancellation or no-show is at our discretion.

During your trip, your chauffeur's live location may be shared with you on your trip link so you can follow the car. Location data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
