Policies

Pricing

• Tolls are included in all prices; gratuity is optional and chosen by you at booking. No hidden fees, no surge.
• Distance trips are priced per mile by vehicle class, with a minimum per leg by class: Sedan $90 · SUV $110 · First Class $120 · Sprinter $150 · Stretch Limousine $180.
• Hourly service has a 2-hour minimum (editable rate card in our system).
• Quotes are calculated live at booking from the route distance. Prices are locked in at booking.

Payment

• Payment is collected securely at booking — by card, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp or PayPal.
• We never store full card numbers on our servers — card payments are processed securely by Stripe, and your card details go directly from your browser to Stripe.

Cancellation

• Free cancellation up to 1 hour before airport pickups.
• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before all other rides.
• To cancel, reply to your confirmation email or call/text 857-867-2519.

Airport pickups (Boston Logan)

• 60 minutes of free wait time from your scheduled pickup.
• Meet & greet included — your chauffeur meets you in arrivals with a name sign.
• Please provide your airline, flight number and arrival time so we can track your flight.

Booking window

• Reservations can be made from 2 hours before pickup, up to months in advance.
• For pickups sooner than 2 hours, please call 857-867-2519 and we will do our best.

Privacy

• We use your details only to operate your ride: dispatch, driver contact and receipts.
• We never sell your information. Card data is handled exclusively by our payment processor.
• Mobile information and messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our full Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Terms

• Vehicle photos illustrate the class; your exact vehicle may vary while always meeting the class standard.
• Passengers are responsible for their belongings. Child seats are provided on request where available.
• Valerie Luxe Car Service LLC reserves the right to refuse service that endangers safety.
