How is the price calculated?
Enter your pickup and destination and you'll see a fixed, all-inclusive quote instantly — priced per mile by vehicle class, with a $90 minimum per leg. Tolls and gratuity are included.
When am I charged?
Your payment is collected securely when you book.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 1 hour before airport pickups and 24 hours before all other rides.
My flight is delayed — what happens?
Give us your flight number when booking and we track it. Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free wait time and meet & greet.
How far in advance can I book?
From 1 hour before pickup up to months ahead. Need a car sooner? Call or text 857-867-2519.
Which vehicle will I get?
You choose the class (e.g. Luxury SUV); we assign a vehicle meeting that standard. Photos illustrate the class.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, on request and subject to availability — mention it in the special instructions when booking.
Do you serve areas outside Boston?
Yes — we serve Boston & New England, including Logan Airport, cruise ports and long-distance trips.
